How do custom photo gifts work?
Place your order, then email your photo to haulgrail@gmail.com with your order number. Bright, sharp photos with the whole subject in frame come out best. We make your piece in about 48 hours and ship it straight to you.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us at haulgrail@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund. Custom pieces can't be returned for a change of mind, but any quality problem gets made right the same way.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
